Divide and Conquer... That is what I do when planning my Thanksgiving feast, lol. Make a menu, make a spread sheet for each dish and ingredients, and a spread sheet for my shopping list. I know I can’t be more OCD, but it works out well for me! This year I added in a colum for “Inventory”. I did inventory of my pantry and fridge before I went out and bought anything. This was definitely a must do step that I haven’t done before, it prevents you from buying ingredients you already have. Can’t wait till tomorrow, Thanksgiving is coming early this year!!! Did all my prep work today and made my pies 🥰😍😋

Hard work always pays off! Act with courage and challenge the Status Quo... I am honored to be presented with Leader of the Quarter by my District Manager for Starbuck’s, it has been an amazing year, without question! To see my store flourishing from where it was when I first started, to see the staff and team we have built, the foundation we have set, the standards we have set, it is amazing what a difference you can make by giving it your all! And soon I will be on to my next adventure, my next challenge, Area Manager for Ocean City to really put my talents to use! Excited is an understatement! 🔥
