1. Vegan or vegetarian
2. Pork and veggie
3. Special (korean bulgogi)
4. Banana

They will be made you can have them fresh or frozen so you fry later.. if you want them fried. There is a small fee.

Making them in batches of 50.

Happy Lunar New Year to our Cravers. Just wanted to touch base and say thank you for making our food truck journey such a successful and memorable one since 2018. We have received emails, voice-mails, messages, text messages, and even calls to inquire about events but due to certain circumstances we have officially stopped doing business as of 2021.

We have moved to a different state and have decided to go into a new exciting journey in a whole new direction. It has been so much fun and we've met so many amazing people, made some amazing memories, and learned so much along the way.

We want to thank everyone for the love and support in the 3 successful and amazing years we were in business. To have come out with 'Best of the Press' awards, gained so many new friends, and still came out being able to give back to community... we can proudly say it was a successful journey for sure!!!

*Ginger Chicken Soup - our version of chicken noodle soup! Chicken breast chunks, fresh veggies, and some pasta simmered in a ginger chicken broth topped with scallions and fried garlic chips.

*Cheese Donkatsu Roll up - A Korean Street food fave! Mozzarella cheese stuffed inside of a pork cutlet, rolled in panko bread crumbs, and deep fried until golden and crispy.

We placed Bronze 2nd year in a row!! Thank you all for voting Best of the Press! We won Bronze once again! It is hard to compete against these other amazing food trucks! Gold and silver have been around longer and definitely deserve it! Congrats to all! We are grateful to have placed 3rd out of a few dozen trucks! Thank you!!!!
