Cybrseccon was a brand new show for us this year, and from the start it felt like a strong win. Ashton brought the client over from another company, and by the end of the event, it was clear the shift made an impact. We had the chance to connect with the head of the company onsite, who shared how much of an improvement this experience was compared to last year which always means the most to us.

What made this one even more impressive was everything happening behind the scenes to make it come together. With the room occupied the day before, our team went in at midnight to begin setup, working through the night to get the show ready for a 7am opening after a 6am exhibitor move-in. It was a full overnight push straight into show day, keeping everything running seamlessly from the moment doors opened.

Visually, the show made a strong first impression with a bold entrance design featuring oversized gear structures that immediately set the tone and gave the space a distinct identity.

This years Atlantic Builders Convention was all about faster setup without sacrificing efficiency. On our free setup day, we expanded early access significantly, allowing nearly four times as many large exhibitors to begin building ahead of schedule. Even with the added volume, we still came in under last year’s hours, keeping everything running smoothly from the start.

That energy carried straight into the show, with attendance noticeably up. One of the standout additions this year was Show Management bringing food directly onto the show floor It help create a steady flow through the aisles and made the floor feel even more active.

To build on that momentum, we reimagined the membership booth and lounge from last year and turned it into something designed to excite. What was previously a simple setup was transformed into a fully built-out 20’x20’ space with padded and carpeted flooring, a central information tower, and surrounding lounge furniture. It became a natural gathering point on the show floor.

Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo, hosted by OHI, had so much to share about what’s ahead for the industry.

Our team had a strong week. We moved in more than fifteen cabin-style RV models and kept both move-in and move-out seamless. Exhibitors expressed how supported they felt throughout the process and how easy everything was from start to finish.

A creative detail that really elevated this show was the pair of “fireside chats.” These small ottoman circles created natural gathering spots where attendees could pause, sit together, and dive into quick conversations. It definitely added a warm, community feel to the show.

A huge thank you to the Taea Texas Art Education Association Annual Conference for trusting AEX to support their event logistics. It was great watching their team work together while we handled coordination and made sure everything stayed on track for a smooth, successful conference.

ObesityWeek® wrapped up at the Georgia World Congress Center in downtown Atlanta, bringing thousands of health professionals, researchers, and leaders in obesity care together under one roof.

This year’s theme, “Obesity as a Chronic Disease: Treating Obesity First,” highlighted the need to address obesity as the root cause of many related conditions and to prioritize long-term, evidence-based care.

Across four days of sessions, attendees explored everything from new GLP-1 data and real-world outcomes to nutrition, physical activity, surgery, pediatrics, and equitable access to care. With more than 250 expert speakers and a packed scientific program, the event showcased innovative science designed to translate directly into better patient outcomes.

All Access to Convenience at Vistar North Buying Show

Last week in Atlantic City, we were proud to help bring the VISTAR North Event to life – a two-day experience that welcomed over 4,000 attendees and celebrated the latest in convenience services.

One of the biggest highlights was partnering with MARS on a 40'x30' custom display, complete with a striking 8' light box and a nostalgic roasted peanut cart that drew attendees in and showcased their newest products.

The final hours were intense, but the enthusiastic feedback about the result made it all worthwhile.

This year, over 8,500 attendees filled the convention center, eager to learn and celebrate the power of women supporting women.
