Today me and my daughter had a day to hang out and we got to stop by and see another Italian friend of mine Marie of Marie’s Moms Bakery located off of Route 70 , go to store because it was absolutely amazing and this is from an Italian girl! The cookies are made with love and they just brought me back to my childhood. Please support another women owned South Jersey Business! You’ve got to order your cookie trays for parties and holidays from this woman. You can just taste the old world recipes of her mother. Enjoy.

So today me and my daughter who owns Red's Rolling Restaurant I & II, and Eclipse Brewing finally had a day off together to hang out and go shopping . Our first stop was a small Italian bakery , we finally had the pleasure of meeting Maria of Maria's Mom's Italian Bakery . I have been dying to get to her shop in forever. I’m so glad we visited she is amazing and all the Italian cookies , pizzels and blueberry muffins, almond cookies and cranberry biscotti were absolutely delicious 🤤. We even got to pick up some lasagna and eggplant Parmesan from her freezer section for My Husband tonight because we went out.

My Husband had it for dinner and said it was amazing 🤩 there is a piece left, so I’m going to have to steal that from him.

She has kids classes and camps to teach the kids how to bake. You really need to support her small business because she’s just an amazing person and loves what she does and you can tell in her food.
We are a lot alike I think I found a new best friend ❤️

Hi all Unfortunately, we will not be able to attend this event due a last-minute catering booking ! I will be donating to the family though, and if you can, please donate to the family as well!

I was asked to be at this event to support the police officer that got shot in Atlantic City this past week! I said absolutely! I will be donating a portion of our proceeds to help the family with bills and such because he is still in the hospital! If you’re located in the Mays Landing area or surrounding area, please come out to this event and support there will be vendors and other things happening . This is their Gym where the family works out. They are supporting them and so will I be! Thank you for the invitation!

Hey All , I am reaching out to you all today to see if you all please help donate something to Humane Society of Ocean City . I’m doing this because a despicable , individual stole a money box off the counter of a store that they had it in on a counter and they are heartbroken. Let’s turn this around and make it a good thing by helping them !! I got my pity princess from a shelter and I know how much this money means to them!

I will now be donating $50 a month to them to cover that money box that was stolen and more . I would ❤️ love ❤️ ❤️ if you could help them out also by donating something to them each month or whatever you can donate in helping them out to support the animals that they do so much for ! They are local to me and I would appreciate it so much! Thank you, thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart ! I just can’t believe someone would do this to this to them ! MY BIG THICKKKK OVER THE TOP CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 🍪 SMELL SO GOOD  !! THEY ARE CRISPY OUTSIDE AND SOFT INSIDE !!!!!!
They will also be on the truck tomorrow , they will be drizzled with chocolate syrup and sprinkled with sea salt 🧂

So you have a choice , you can either be very very good or very very very bad !!

I mean, I am a yummy 😋 comfort , Food Truck 😆 I always aim to please everyone❤️

It’s so nice to still be recognized as one of the most popular gourmet food truck’s in all of South Jersey and Shore Region after 20 years in business! My daughter Red's Rolling Restaurant I & II also was recognized, I’m so proud 🥹 of her and all of her accomplishments also !!! Check my girl out !

I’m grateful to all of my friends, family and followers for all the love , and tagging me in posts for anyone needing food trucks and sharing my business with friends and family. Hey all so today I was asked to do preordered Catering two days in multiple locations for a corporate business .
Please note this was not premade food just preordered !!

So it gave me an idea 💡 for smaller private events , businesses that don’t have a cafeteria in their building or no food is around where your company is located at , it works for small schools or a big corporate companies that have multiple locations and they want to treat their employees for a special lunches or for meetings.

I will only be offering this option Mondays through Friday not on weekends!!
You will have to have at least 20 people pre paid for my truck to come out to your building, then other people can buy after that if they didn’t get to preorder .
This just guarantees a minimum amount to cover over head costs.
I will explain how the pricing and gratuity works when you call me !

I will send you a detailed menu after we discuss your choices from my website www.marysmobilediner.com and then everyone will place their order and pay you for their order through Zelle or Venmo or your can just treat your staff to a special lunch . Prepayment and preorders will tell me how much food to approximately make for your company. This will save time on site the day of which is time-consuming.
I’m trying to make it as easy as possible for everyone and me !

The day of I will arrive on site and each person that ordered will come up to the truck and give me their name and tell me what they ordered then I will make it fresh for them, I will take three orders at a time .

If you’re tired of ordering from Wawa , Uber or DoorDash , getting cold food or food that is made wrong or you just want to do something different , this is a great option for your company and staff . Please tell your management about my new food truck option , so they can book my truck this year multiple times !

You will get to choose breakfast, brunch or lunch options off the website menu and two sides of choice the platters will come with drinks or desserts also , we will discuss that when you book . There will be different packages to choose from .
