Marys Mobile Diner I offer a private chef catering service seen on Fox 29, Good morning America, Kelly and Ryan show. A little about us ! We offer many seafood options too .

Mary has been in the business for over 25 years in all aspects of the restaurant industry. We now own two gourmet beautiful gourmet catering trucks and two culinary art school trained chefs . We also cater off premise at any venue inside or outside . Our meats that we use are slow roasted and all our sandwiches are fresh made to order . We offer a private chef catering service from our gourmet cat

ering trucks. We have many meat lovers , vegetarian and vegan options . We customize each menu for to suit your event or party . We only serve at corporate , private events and fundraisers most of the time . You will never know what’s going to be on our menu at open public events but we always have something for everyone . We like to change and alter our menus according to the people we will be serving to keep it fresh . We are a Jersey Fresh Trucks we use many farmstand vegetables that are seasonal . Our catering trucks are like restaurants on wheels we can feed everyone our unique menu items , we do not offer any fried or bagged frozen items on our menu and each guests will be able to customize there order specifically to there diets ,Vegan, Vegetarian,gluten free, you name it we offer options!! Wednesday I had a blast. I got to serve all the tugboats and barges that run up and down the river in Philadelphia and other states in the US . The gentlemen from all over the states spend two weeks on these boats. I got to feed them when they came off their shift change. It was a pleasure getting to know everyone and we’ll be back in November to feed them again. I’m looking forward to going on a tugboat.

This brunch catering Wednesday was so cool 😎
I got to serve all the guys that work on the tug boats and barges that come in and out of Philadelphia . They tried to get me on a tugboat, but one didn’t come in maybe next time lol 😂 the gentlemen were so appreciative of all the food after getting off the boats they’ve been on for two weeks. This was a shift change they fly in and out from all different states it was pretty neat getting to know this company and how it works as a Philly girl, I would see these tugboats and barges all my life come up and down the river, so it was pretty awesome to serve them and be around them their huge . Everyone enjoyed the fresh food and they asked me to come back and serve them again. Thank you to Marie my organizer for booking me , i look forward to coming back in November , it was an honor to serve your team of employees it was such a fun group!

What an absolutely beautiful day for the employee appreciation event for the corporate offices of Burlington Coat Factory at Green Acres Park in Burlington NJ .

This is our third year serving 125 employees my fresh made to order platters in two hours . Fresh and fast 💨 that’s my new motto 😂

Ok so since it’s raining out and Im home , and I made my ultimate comfort food for my breakfast. I now have to make some ultimate comfort food for My Husband for dinner 😍😍. I have not made my cream of broccoli soup for a very long time for him so when he gets home , Im going to have a surprise for him . He is working tirelessly with my daughter , to get the new brewery, renovated .

This soup , other soups and chilis , will be on my open public event menu for the fall season, because these two classics go very well with all of my different stuffed grilled cheeses I will be making on my menu.

I look forward to serving them to you when my daughter opens her new brewery.
I will popping in alot this winter to serve some good comfort food , to go with her great beers and new seltzers . I can’t wait , make sure you’re following her on her Facebook and Instagram pages Eclipse Brewing !!!

Usually, I go to a diner on my day off because cream chip beef is my ultimate breakfast comfort food this is all I order for breakfast .

Well today I decided to make it on my own because I don’t feel like going out, oh and yeah, I own the first Jersey Diner on wheels lol and all I can say is damn , I’m a good cook lol 😂 .

Im going to have to put this on my breakfast catering menu , do any of you love cream chip beef as much as I do 🥰 🥰🥰🥰

Check out my ultimate cream chip beef platter , it is served over scrambled eggs and toast and of course I had to make fried potatoes with onions to go with it .

Monday and today I was hired for a catering event , for the employees summer appreciation event for BJ’s warehouse distribution center !!!

All I can say is we pulled it off and I couldn’t have done it without Chef Courtney Elizabeth she slow roasted all the meats which included over 150 pounds of cheesesteak that’s 15 , 10 lb boxes , 120 lbs of boneless chicken which included 40 pounds in a box , and 100 pounds of boneless pork butt . It was one of my biggest events I’ve ever done with this many pounds of meat.

We served 500 people in two days for all there different shifts . I cooked 6 hours straight for 2 days and yes , all options were still made fresh to order! I absolutely hate when food is sitting around in containers and I refuse to do it, so if you don’t want it cooked fresh for your employees then don’t book my trucks !!

I don’t serve food in pans made ahead of time , I serve only fresh food that your employees deserve after they work hard for your company. My organizer was Toni Anne the human resources manager look how happy she is that she booked her event with Mary’s Mobile Diner.
We had a blast working together and now she’s part of my Food Truck family !!

So let’s talk about last night , it was awesome I got hired to serve 400 appetizers to some amazing fun people at the Anchor rock club in Atlantic City from 7-10 .
It reminded me of my Philly days when I first started in Philadelphia, , I used to do the Santa runs , Glow Events , the Navy Yard Events , Electric light factory concerts and xfinity live beer festivals. We had a blast and we look forward to doing more catering for the organizers that hired me and the event venue . If you need my trucks for a Biggggg event, just call me. I got you 😉
