Three years ago, we started this business with a "hell of a lot of hope" and a very loose understanding of how much sleep the human body actually needs to function.

We’ve spent the last 1,095 days oscillating between "we’re geniuses" and "why is everything on fire?" but somehow, we’ve turned our grit and mistakes into something real. It turns out that if you bust your ass long enough, people eventually start calling your stubbornness a "successful business model."

We couldn’t have reached this milestone without the incredible army of people who’ve stepped in to help us—mostly by keeping us caffeinated or reminding us what day of the week it is. We’ve traded our sanity for smoke and sleepless nights, but seeing how far we’ve come makes every "learning opportunity" (read: disaster) worth it.

We can’t wait to see what the next three years have in store, though we’re both really hoping it involves a few more naps and slightly fewer 4:00 AM existential crises.
