Hi everyone 👋

This week we had some great progress. The installation of the hood unit and roofing is complete!!! 💯 ✔️

Next week we are scheduled to get our fire suppression installed 🔥

Painting the outside windows have started 🌸

And lots and lots of other ‘behind the scenes’ projects are in progress 📝 💪

It’s all coming along!! As we get a little closer we can start discussing opening day 🍩

Where are all my roofers at??? We are looking for a local, insured and experienced roofer to work in conjunction with our hood/ventilation team to install commercial flashing, waterproof penetrations, check for proper drainage and ensure rooftop protection.

Opening day announcement 🗣️
When making the ‘storefront’ announcement on 4/9 it was my hope & goal to open our doors on Mother’s Day 🌺 Unfortunately we are just not there yet 🫤

🍩 Our hood unit is still a work in progress. Hoping to have this completed by next week.

💻 Starting this weekend our website will be ‘under construction’. All necessary changes will be updated to reflect a ‘storefront-catering’ business model.

🪧Signs for the storefront, street and inside of our building are sent and in production. I am so excited to show you guys when they are done. They are so beautiful 😍

🎨 This weekend a handcrafted mural is being painted on our windows by my beautifully talented niece 🥰

And these are just to name a few…. We promise to keep working as hard as we can so you that we can open our doors as soon as possible!! I will keep in touch with progress and a new opening date as we get a little closer 🫶🏻

It’s official…. I have hired a talented team that is going to create magic for our community 💖
Last night we had our first team outing!! Everyone hoped in my car and we drove to Lancaster for a private lesson on the ‘secrets of sourdough’ 🥖

Good morning everyone ☀️

I just wanted to connect to let everyone know how things are progressing….

Our new hood unit was delivered and is in the process of being installed. It’s soooo big 😃 double the size from my home unit.
I told Kelly to stand by it just so you can see how big it is 🤭

Today is the last day to reach out if you’re interested in seeking employment at Mamas. I will be making decisions early this week so that our new team can start making the magic happen 🍩

We are still pushing for a 5/10 opening date but there are a few things that are out of my control. As we get closer I will be able to confidently say, but until then our fingers are crossed 🤞

Looking forward to sharing more as we progress 🫶🏻
