Primary Responsibility: We are looking for an experienced bread-maker producing fresh bread products from scratch. Someone who can take ownership and who understands the entire process from mixing and fermentation to shaping and baking. Someone who simply has a passion for bread making!
Secondary Responsibility: Making/decorating pastries, cupcakes, cookies, donuts, etc…
🕘 Shift: TBD
Anyone who knows bread (especially sourdough) knows that timing can be critical. Discussions will take place with applicants to determine a shift that not only fits the need of the business but also works for the individual hired.

✔ Positive attitude + strong communication + strong work ethic + can work independently
✔ Ability to move fast & multitask
✔ Detail-oriented & consistent
✔️Experience in bulk production
✔ Maintain a safe, organized and clean work environment
✔ Willingness to learn & lead when needed
✔ Able to stand long periods & lift up to 50 lbs

🕓 Shifts between 3am-3pm (Thursday - Sunday)

✔ Helping customers + recommending products
✔ Packaging bakery items
✔ Assisting with decorating

✔ Opening/closing tasks + keeping things clean & stocked
💡 Must be:
✔ Friendly + fast-paced
✔ Able to multitask
✔ Comfortable handling transactions
