My college age staff is loving being tasters... Pizza! Free!

Anyway, The Doc Deluxe is pretty awesome! Wood Fired crust, Sausage, Beef, Mushrooms, Onions, Pepperoni, Scratch made sauce, Mozzarella with a little Doc blend in it! And a Garlic Butter finish on the crust edge. It smacks for sure, with a long cheese pull!

Keep an eye out for the launch!

So, Ive been asked how the BBQ Pizza is coming along. Getting close!
Someone said Edwardsville doesnt have any St Louis style pizza anymore? Not sure but, for a limited time we will have one and a wood fired BBQ Pizza! Whats taking so long? 4 weeks of testing, sampling, tryng different things. Bottom line, I wont let a product go out until it is what we are looking for and of great quality. Stick around!

PS: The Buffalo Chicken with Hot Honey is very tasty!
