What’s your cancellation policy?

We require a $200 non refundable deposit which comes out of the total fee due. We understand things do happen but we ask for as much of advance as possible if any cancellation should occur. Any days prior to day of event cancellation a full amount minus the deposit will be refunded. Day of event cancellation will be refunded 25% of total contract amount.
How do you handle breaks during the event?

There will be times where our DJ will step away for brief moments, but always ensure the music doesn’t stop and the party continues!
What’s your plan if something goes wrong with your equipment?

Unfortunately, technology and equipment malfunctions do occur. We always make sure we have a plan B and we are set up with plenty of time to spare to handle any situations that may arise!

Do you provide other services, like lighting or a photo booth?

We offer sound and lighting! This is all bundled into our pricing and is no additional charge.
How do you handle song requests from guests?

We leave this up to YOU! As long as our couples are ok with guest requests, we do our best to trickle those songs in throughout the night while still playing our couples must haves! We will also respect our couples wishes, if they choose to not to allow requests.
Can you share some references from previous weddings?

Absolutely! While our social media accounts may be newer - our history with couples we have worked with are not !

How many weddings have you worked on?

With over ten years of DJ experience., we have covered many, many weddings, parties, and private events! We pride ourselves in building trust with our couples to tailor your day to fit your vision.
Do you customize the music selection or work with a predetermined list?

We will customize the music selection to be what YOU want. We meet with all of our couples to discuss all of their needs and desires for the day. Our couples will receive a DJ prep packet to complete outlining specific songs for each special moment throughout the big day. We also have a section that provides couples to put their must haves and absolutely not songs.
What’s included in your fee, and are there any additional costs?

There are no hidden costs or fees! Our information sheet that we review with each couple provides exact cost! Any additional charges (IE: travel fee, if outside metro east/STL area, additional DJ time after end time) will be discussed up front !
