This last Monday we had the honor and pleasure of catering a precious couples wedding at Silver Barn Events in El Reno. An and Scott Doofer we pray sweet blessings over your lives and marriage.
For their menu, they chose our Marinated Beef Brisket, Honey garlic glazed Salmon, mashed potato casserole, Roasted Asparagus with toasted garlic, and Fried Rice. Absolutely delicious and a beautiful display!

Happy wedding day Larissa and Zachary! Thank you for allowing us to be apart of your special day. For their menu, they chose our Butter Roasted Pork Tenderloin with auju, Swedish Meatballs, creamy mashed potatoes, carmalized carrots in a sweet sauce, Garden salad, and a roll.

We catered the beautiful wedding of Matthew and Emily Adams yesterday at Rustic Rose Barn in Guthrie. The venue is superb and the couple made it light up and twinkle! Congratulations Mr and Mrs Adams!
They chose our Taco-Nacho Bar with seasoned ground beef, seasoned shredded Chicken, black beans, pinto beans, white queso, salsa, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, onion, green onion, limes and jalapeños! A true feast!

Tinker Federal Credit Union hosted an event that we were honored to cater yesterday. It was so fun and we had the best time!
For their menu they chose appetizers. We created a beautiful display along with our full of flavor foods! They chose our Smoked Brisket over creamy mashed potatoes in a champagne glass, Carmalized onion and mushroom crostini's with herbed cheese spread, Spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips, fruit and cheese charcuterie with tons of extra bites of snacks too! A feast for the eyes and the tummy!

We love a great Birthday party and we were not disappointed! Our precious friend Jim Chrisman had a big birthday and we were honored to be a part of it.

Today we had the great honor of catering lunch for 25 Oklahoma Legislatures at our Capitol.
For their menu they chose our Marinated Beef Brisket, creamy mashed potatoes, green beans, garden salad and a roll.

We had so much fun catering for the Holy Trinity Lutheran School Blue and Gold fundraising event at the Edmond Historical Museum yesterday! It was a blast!!
For their menu they chose our Smoked Beef Brisket, BBQ Grilled Chicken, Mac n Cheese, sautéed green beans with toasted garlic, potato salad, roll with butter and a pickle bar! Delicious!

On Friday we had the honor of catering a wedding in Lawton. We showed up, believing that the ice and snow storm would be stayed until we finished and our Lord Jesus answered our prayers. Just look at these beautiful photos of the bride and groom at The Wichita Wildflower. Just look at Mount Scott in the background! Gorgeous! Mr and Mrs Jared and Lola Jones...stunning!
For their menu, they chose our build your own pasta bar. 3 types of pasta, 3 sauces: red, Alfredo and garlic butter, meatballs and Italian chicken, garden salad and garlic breadsticks. Even had some pasta toppings to chose from...fresh parsley, parmesean, red pepper flakes and grated parmesean! A delicious feast!
Thank you to the mother of the bride, Charity Morgan for allowing us to cater this special wedding! Lord bless you and your family.

Last Wednesday we had the honor of catering a private dinner for a dear friend and her son's 32nd birthday gathering. We dont have any pics, but we wanted you to know that it was an honor to serve this family. We made orange chicken, fried rice and eggrolls! Delicious!
