Happy wedding day to Mr and Mrs Dan Seitz! Thank you for allowing us to be apart of your most special day!
Their catering menu was our delicious and flavourful Beef tips, grilled chicken, 4 cheese pasta, green beans with bacon and onion, garden salad with homemade ranch and Italian dressings, roll with butter. Such a feast!
We also provided the wedding cake and cupcakes through Delightful Desserts By Denise. Delicious and so adorable! Thank you Denise!
Congratulations Dan and Michelle!
Their venue was in Purcell at Huckleberry Hill Barn and it is dreamy, quaint and loaded with charm!

We catered a 2 day wedding event this last Sunday and Monday. 5 meals in 2 days. It was such a pleasure! This exceptional family made this event over the top for us! Everyone was so kind! Thank you Kathy Parsons for choosing us to be apart of your daughters wedding story!

It was a beautiful, dreamy wedding venue at Aspen Ranch Mansion. 22 guests resided in the mansion for a few days enjoying all the amenities! Absolutely fabulous! You must check them out! 5 star!

Menu choices:
Day 1 lunch
Sandwich assortment and a grazing table.
Day 1 rehersal dinner
Lasagna, Tuscan Chicken Pasta, garden salad with homemade ranch and Italian dressing, buttery garlic breadsticks.
Day 2 breakfast
Smoked Brisket hash, chicken and waffles, muffins, donut holes and fruit
Day 2 Lunch after wedding ceremony
Chicken Kabobs, toasted orzo with spinach and parmesean, greek salad, hummus and pita bread.
Day 2 dinner
Marinated Beef Brisket, creamy mashed potatoes, roasted root veggies, pasta salad, roll with butter.

We catered a quinceañera this weekend and had a blast! Lyn Maldonado you sure know how to throw a party! Your beautiful daughter and that dress!...gorgeous! Congratulations!
They chose a menu of our Marinated Beef Brisket, Grilled Chicken, creamy mashed potatoes, green beans with bacon and onion, buttery corn, garden salad with homemade ranch and Italian dressings, roll with butter. Happy Birthday Rosie!!! We so enjoyed sharing your day and providing hor'dourves for your party! And wow the venue was amazing! Just look at those OKC views! Stunning! Slate at the Founders Tower has a great vibe!
Rosie chose some great food! She had shrimp cocktail, taco cups, Asian lettuce wraps, cheeseburger sliders, cheese fruit and veggie charcuterie and cupcakes by Delightful Desserts By Denise .

What a way to end 2024! Bar-Key Bartending knows how to throw a party! Upscale venue at Castle Spirits Distillery, live jazz band with a speakeasy vibe, delicious food and a whole lot of fun! Absolutely 💯 legit companies! You must check them out!
They chose several little eatables to go with their drinks....2 person Charcuterie plates and our most desired mashed potatoes with our Marinated Beef Brisket in a martini glass.....such class!

It was a high honor to create an hor’dourve display for our friends, Jimmy and Caren Chrisman . You have a beautiful home with beautiful decorations and you allowed us to fill your home, bellies and hearts with the love of our Father Jesus Christ. Happy Hanukkah!
They chose our Creamy mashed potatoes with Swedish Meatballs and gravy, hot and gooey ham and cheese sliders, 3 charcuterie cups...fruit, veggies with ranch and an assortment of cheeses with pretzels and breadsticks. Salsa, tortilla chips, popcorn and our homemade toffee with chocolate and nuts. What a feast!
