I grew up in a family that had BBQ almost every weekend, but it wasn't until I was older that I learned to love and appreciate the art of smoking meats. On a whim, while helping a friend with a political campaign, some friends and I entered a cook

-off for advertising reasons, and by the end of the day (despite hitting nearly last place) we were hooked. Since then, friends and I have practiced regularly and little by little perfected our craft. We continue to compete on weekends we're free and we've hit some nice wins against some of the best this state has to offer. Now, BBQ is a love and passion of mine and I cook for my customers like I cook for the judges. You will only get meats injected, brined, and seasoned with the best products on the BBQ market. This continues to be a hobby and cooking for people helps me practice for the competitions, which is what I really love to do. I cook to order, mostly on weekends, but on occasion, I will deviate from that. Please feel free to contact me if you ever have questions and I look forward to cooking when I can. I typically only cook on weekends and holidays, which is when I have time away from my "day" job.

Despite the price increases in beef and the anticipated increases coming soon, I’m going to go ahead and release the menu based on today’s prices.
