Fall is here! With it comes our award winning Apple Bourbon… it’s ready for you to pick up a bottle today!

Hand crafted from Washington apples and Nightside straight Bourbon, this 90 proof wh***ey is the one to have around your evening fire pits!

While you’re here at our tasting room picking up your bottles, ask for our Autumn Old Fashioned… Blended with just the right amount of cinnamon to bring the apple character to the front, coupled with the orange olfactory note, this old fashioned is truly remarkable, and available now!

Open this week. at 4pm Wednesday through Friday… 2pm on Saturday! Look for additional hours next week, including Sundays!

Burnt End Chili.... Made with burnt end brisket, fire roasted tomatoes and jalapenos, infused with Nightside's Whodka, served with Hawaiian rolls.

Asado Meatballls.... Chicken and beef meatballs, macerated in Roasted red peppers, fire roasted tomatoes, and Nightside's Rye Wh***ey, served with Naan Bread

Peach Bread Pudding.... Served warm with Nightside's Lemondrop Vodka Infused Cream and a caramel drizzle

Charcuterie Plate... Meats, cheeses, Tzatziki, olives, nuts, and fig jam... Oh My!

Hummus Plate.... Fresh Hummus with crisp veggies and tortilla chips... yum!
