The Church in the Wildwood
A white-washed chapel, built in 1897, with a center aisle, tall ceilings, handcrafted pews and a bell tower. Comfortably holds up to 100 guests with a picnic area right next to it. A unique reception option is the Train Depot, just down a walkway from the church. The Gazebo
Centered in a late 1800’s village setting, the gazebo is a perfect spot for your outdoor wedding. Reception alternatives at Edgewood Civic Center:
Just a walking distance, around the corner from the church is a very nice reception alternative.

Join in on our 50/50 Raffle - another fundraising avenue benefitting the Heritage Park Museum of East Texas- for the chance of winning half of the amount raised from the ticket sales.

Only $1 per ticket or 20 tickets for $10!

Tickets will be sold at the festival at the Silent Auction booth (Train Depot) and drawing at 4 PM, November 9th.

If you want to join in now, drop us a message or come to our office on Saturdays, 9 - 11 (we are currently under staffed and only open on Saturday).

The 47th Annual Edgewood Heritage Festival is set on Saturday, November 9th, 2024, 9 AM to 4 PM. Plan to be there and enjoy the day at the Heritage Park Museum of East Texas and downtown Edgewood!

Now accepting sponsorships. All proceeds go to the maintenance of the heritage park museum.

The 45th Annual Edgewood Heritage Festival - Presented by Edgewood EDC - is November 12th and we need your help with the ever-popular Gourmet Bake Sale.

Would you please consider donating one of your favorite baked items to this worthy cause? Bake sale staff will be available at the
Gilliam Grocery Station to receive your baked goods on:

Friday, November 11th, 3.00 - 5.30 pm, and
Saturday, November 12th, 7.30 - 8.30 am

Baked sale proceeds are reserved for the ongoing maintenance of our
Heritage Park Museum, a treasure for present and future generations to visit and learn about our heritage.

Please join us for an OPEN HOUSE!

We are inviting the community to come join us in our open house on Saturday, May 7th, 3-5 PM. This is the perfect time to meet and greet with our ambassadors, tour the buildings and hopefully consider to join our membership.

We are a non-profit organization, organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Dedicated members and volunteers help maintain and operate the museum through their dues, time and skills.

Annual Membership dues are:
Individual $15
Senior over 65 $ 10
Business $30
Life Membership $500
