Road Trip!
Harford Sound… almost made it to Disney, but Orlando was calling for a different kind of magic.

We headed south to reunite with our Warped Tour family and take on Stages 5 & 6 for one last hurrah this festival season. Both stages ran identical d&b audiotechnik KSL rigs with B22s pushing all the low end anyone could want, paired with Avid S6Ls at FOH and MON to keep everything locked in.

16 bands a day. Nonstop changeovers. Tight timelines. Zero room for anything to slip. And the crew didn’t just hold it together, they made it look easy. That’s why Harford Sound remains the go-to team for festivals of every size. The gear matters, sure, but it’s the people deploying, operating, and steering these stages that make the difference. Our kind, professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic crew is what sets us apart.

Couldn’t have asked for a better way to wrap up the season. Already looking forward to 2026!

Throwing it back to GRiZ’s first-ever ! Harford Sound handled audio, lighting, and video for Stage 3 — plus a few other key spots around the festival grounds.

Stage 3 rocked a d&b audiotechnik KSL rig with B22 subs and .official SD12 consoles at FOH and MON. The lighting & video package featured over 160 fixtures including the new Strike V strobes, which delivered massive pixel-mapping flexibility and punchy output.

Huge thanks to the Seven Stars creative team for letting us help bring this vision to life — it was one for the books. Already counting down to next year… bigger rigs, brighter lights, louder nights. ⚡✨

It’s not always rock and roll at Harford Sound! Sometimes we trade the festival fields for a black tie and ballroom lights. Last month we partnered with our friends over at Future View Productions to help bring the annual Medical Gala to life at Union Station in Washington, DC. It was an incredible night filled with great people, great production, and a reminder that we can shine in any setting. 😎

And just like that, September is in the books.

The past 3 weeks have been nonstop here at Harford Sound! At our peak, we had 15 stages’ worth of gear and people out at once! Our incredible crew made every event run seamlessly, and we couldn’t do it without them.

From operations and logistics to warehouse prep and onsite management, our team is hands-on at every step. Because the same people who prep the gear in the shop are often the ones setting it up in the field, they know exactly where everything is, how it’s packed, and how to get it in and out fast. That’s the difference: a crew that knows the gear inside and out, streamlining every load-in and load-out. A well-oiled machine, ready for anything. Without it, we could never pull off such incredible months.

September by the numbers:

⏱ 3,040 man-hours across nearly 40 people
🚚 16 trucks on the road burning nearly 1,000 gallons of fuel

It was incredible getting back to our pop-punk roots this past weekend at the 11th annual Four Chord Music Festival — the largest independently produced festival in the U.S. We were honored to support their biggest year yet, with 2025 headliners Blink-182, Jimmy Eat World, AFI, and Alkaline Trio.

Harford Sound was brought in to elevate audio quality across the stadium. We deployed two world-class d&b audiotechnik systems: a flagship GSL rig with B22 subs for the main stage and a KSL/B22 package for stage two. All FOH and monitor positions ran on Avid Live Sound S6L consoles.

With meticulous planning, precision alignment, and a crew firing on all cylinders, the show ran without a hitch. The d&b systems performed exactly as modeled, delivering even SPL, clarity, and punch from barricade to bleachers — setting a new benchmark for the festival. We can’t wait for next year!

We had a blast supporting ’s sold out hometown show at this past weekend! Harford Sound supplied a complete production solution for the tour, covering all audio, lighting video and rigging.

We were happy to be a part of their largest headlining show to date, and wish them great success on the rest of their tour!
