Besides photography, a profession I’ve been dedicated to for decades, I’m involved in several other activities that reflect my multifaceted personality. One that has truly transformed my life and blessed me with many wonderful friendships is dancing tango.

I’m also the organizer of a magical tango event held right on the harbor of Annapolis, MD, a free outdoor dance sponsored by the City of Annapolis, which I’ve had the joy of producing for the past 10 years.

Roberto Gómez Bolaños “Chespirito.”

Now that his life and legacy have been brought back through a new TV series, I can’t help but remember the special moment when I met the brilliant mind behind El Chavo del 8, a show I grew up loving as a kid.
