Join the Kaleidoscope Readers: Word Wizards this summer!

In this fun weekly reading group, kids become “Word Wizards” who learn magical strategies to break apart tricky words, spot patterns, build confidence, and strengthen reading skills through games, stories, movement, and hands-on activities. Designed for kids ages 7-10 but reading and writing at a 1st/2nd grade level that would benefit from extra summer practice in a supportive, encouraging small-group environment.

** This is a summer tutoring club -- If they are advanced in their reading - check out our summer book clubs instead!

It is listed as individual days so you can work on vacations, it will be more effective to come to many of the classes rather than just one or two!

Spoke at two central middle classes today and then led a table for career day! Talked all about how you can go from a full collection of jobs when you’re young, to figuring out your path in college and then changing it again.

The classes did a pretend activity of dealing with the challenges of starting your own business including county permits to water tests!

Then at the table, they learned how important marketing is and helped create some ads that I’ll post over the next week or so!!

Theater Camp!! This is for ages 9-14

They learn the play, create costumes, the set and props all in one week to end with a final performance by the end of the week. Perfect for beginner actors, or ones that have performed before but want to be more crafty with it and make it their own!
