A little rain, a whole lot of mood, and some pretty perfect timing. Jenny & Jim’s wedding day was beautifully moody, with the rain somehow knowing exactly when to take a break. It cleared just in time for family portraits outside and again right before the ceremony. A little wedding day magic!

A rare Saturday night where I got to be a wedding guest instead of the photographer on the family farm.

No camera bags, no timelines, no running around making sure everyone is where they’re supposed to be.

Just getting dressed up, celebrating family, and actually enjoying cocktail hour for once.

I have a few studio concepts I've been wanting to shoot and I need models!

SIMPLE BLACK BACKDROP — jeans, black tops, barefoot, timeless

DRAWING PARTY — 2–3 kids who LOVE to draw on a white backdrop (siblings or best friends!)

GENERATIONS — kids, parents & grandparents on a white backdrop

CONFETTI CANONS— popping confetti in fun outfits on a white backdrop

DANCE PARTY — you pick the playlist, we dance it out

My Edgewater studio, weekday mornings before 11am (Tuesday–Friday only)
