Mother’s Day doesn’t feel the same for everyone.

For some, it is full of love and gratitude.
For others, it brings grief, distance, or something harder to name.

🌿 Mothering shows up in so many ways,
and not all of those ways are acknowledged today.

On Sunday, we’ll gather to honor the many forms of motherhood, as best we can.

We’ll explore divine feminine wisdom and simple practices for cultivating a real, living relationship with the original mother, the Earth.

No matter how this day lands for you, the Earth offers what every heart was made for: unconditional presence and a belonging that never has to be earned.

Returning to her can begin to heal something deep and old within us.

delicate in size, yet rich with history, meaning, and human connection.

Once a symbol of status, handkerchiefs were carried by those who could afford beauty in the smallest details—lace, silk, embroidery stitched by hand.
They became a language of their own… dropped in flirtation, waved in farewell, held tightly in moments that mattered most.

They’ve signaled love.
They’ve carried grief.
They’ve stood for defiance, identity, and belonging.

And now… they live here. 🩵

This spring, I’ve gathered generations of vintage and antique handkerchiefs into a single installation wall at Atria Hall—each one a fragment of someone’s story, stitched into something entirely new.

Soft. Feminine. Layered.
A celebration of beauty—not just in how something looks, but in what it has lived through.
