We offer a Beautiful Intimate Event Venue that’s equipped with a office/lounge area and an open floor plan ideal for small corporate business meetings, conferences, banquets, company dinners, networking events, pop-up shops, product launch parties, private events, and more. It’s a perfect space to host unique events for up to seventy five seated or a floating space for as many guests as you’d want. We have two restrooms.🅿️Parking is great as we have a municipal parking lot behind our building & parallel parking out front. We also offer parking on either side of The BetteRlook salon building located across the street during the time of your event.
We rent out for six hours at a time to include your set up time for decorations and food. We will have tables & chairs set up for you already depending on your preference.
Monday through Thursday $350
Friday~Saturday~Sunday $400
You pay half to confirm date with the remaining balance due when we meet you with a key 🔑 the day of your event.
Sweep & take out your trash upon leaving & lock the door. You do not have to take down tables or chairs.
