It’s hard to know where to start with this post. After 15 years in business I have decided to close. It’s bitter sweet because this business has been my life for so long. I’ve had amazing experiences and met wonderful people! I’ve also suffered tremendous loss and been through some of the most difficult times. I’ve learned so much and I wouldn’t be who I am or where I am today without all the experiences that have come along with owning this business. In the beginning some doubted me but I worked hard and persevered. I was able to make a full time living for a decade and a half and employed many people along the way. As much as I have loved this business, my life is going in new directions. I have been the culinary director at a senior living community for the past year and it’s been very rewarding. I also got married 2 years ago and we have land in the country where we love spending time watching our 3 dogs run and play. I’ve realized there’s more to life than working all the time and I’m excited to have more time with my husband and fur babies. 🥰
I want to say thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. Family, friends, customers, employees, fellow entrepreneurs and everyone who was a part of this journey. I can’t express how much all of this has meant to me. Without all of your support, this dream never would have come true!

💯 where did the time go?!

I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Rice Method” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.
