1. Plan for Guests Seating
Figuring out how many seats you need can be difficult.
we recommend planning for at least all family members who will stay the whole time, then add 20 for friends and guests stopping by.
2. Design Your Space for Comfort & Flow
Think beyond just seating—consider how your guests will move through the space. We always recommend a layout that includes:
A welcome area (sign-in, photo booth, or memory table)
Food & drink stations using coolers, horse troughs, food trays etc.
Let us help with the layout—we’ve seen it all!
3. Add Special Touches That Make It Personal
Small upgrades go a long way. Add string lights, a dance floor, or a custom backdrop for the grad’s photo area. These touches not only make your event more Social Media-worthy, but also more memorable for guests.
