FEMA satellite offices are now open in:
Harlingen, TX
Weslaco, TX
Sebastian, TX (Willacy County)
Rio Grande City, TX (Starr County)
🗓️ These offices will remain open through August 2025.
HOW TO APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE
You have 4 ways to file your FEMA claim:
1) Online: www.FEMA.gov
2) FEMA Mobile App: Available on iOS and Android
3) By Phone: Call the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362
4) In-Person: Visit a FEMA satellite office near you
WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENTTo help FEMA process your claim, bring:
✅ Photo ID
✅ Social Security Number
✅ Proof of residence
✅ Photos/videos of storm damage
✅ Receipts or repair estimates
✅ Medical/hotel/relocation expenses (if applicable)
✅ Bank account info for direct deposit
📸 Tip: Even if repairs haven’t been made, photos of damage and estimates still count.
SMALL BUSINESS ASSISTANCESmall businesses impacted by the flood can also apply for:
Low-interest or no-interest loans
Grants (in some cases)
Assistance for lost income, layoffs, or temporary closures
