Join us for Volleyball Skills Development Scrimmage Leagues this fall! This instructional league provides athletes with instruction for a portion of the session, followed by scrimmages where they apply the skills learned, receive coaching, and receive feedback in structured scrimmages.

7th - 8th Grade Volleyball Skills Sessions will be September 3, 10, 17, 24, and Oct 1, 8, 15, 22 from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm and 4th - 6th Grade Volleyball Skills Sessions September 3, 10, 17, 24, and Oct 1, 8, 15, 22 from 5:30pm - 7:00pm.

Looking to level up your softball skills this year? Join our Training Team! Training team athletes have the opportunity to participate in softball skills sessions from August 2025 through July 2026.

Weekly small group skills sessions include training in:
baserunning, flexibility, yoga, classroom, catching, mental game, hitting, speed & agility, fielding, pitching, and hand-eye coordination

For the 25 – 26 season we will offer sessions Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and on Saturdays/Sundays when teams are not at tournaments.

Athletes registered as a training team member will then register for individual skills sessions selections using the Softball Skills Sessions Tab throughout the year.
