Most people think an event is about how it looks.

I disagree.

The most unforgettable xperiences are the ones that make you feel something.

The soft glow of candlelight.
The sound of laughter bouncing through the room.
The smell of fresh florals or a signature cocktail.
The texture of layered linens, velvet ribbon, warm wood, crisp glassware.
The taste of the perfectly timed bite, dessert, or late-night snack.

That’s what people remember.

Not just the centerpiece.

That’s why I design with all 5 senses in mind.

Because beautiful is nice…
…but immersive? Emotional? Intentional?

That’s where the magic happens.

What would you name this ice cream?!

We are almost exactly two months out from the Fourth of July – and our country's 250th birthday! Just in time for the celebration, our friends at Olson's Ice Cream have donated a NEW ICE CREAM FLAVOR for us to scoop at the ice cream parlor this season🍦

The flavor: Vanilla ice cream with chocolate-covered waffle pieces and caramel. Yum! Now, we just need a name for it... and that's where you come in!

Next Monday, May 11, we'll share the 3 finalists for the new ice cream's name, for one more round of voting.

Last night’s Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce Chamber Royale ♠️♦️ was one of those events where you could feel the energy the second you walked in.

From the oversized dice and bold balloon installs…to the custom centerpieces and layered textures…every detail was designed to pull guests into the experience—not just sit at a table.

Because that’s the difference.

Anyone can decorate a room.
But creating a space where people connect, engage, and stay present? That’s intentional.

Grateful to the Eau Claire Chamber for trusting me to bring this vision to life—and to everyone who showed up ready to have some fun.

Last night was my first event as a new Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, attending Eau What a Night—the Chamber’s annual celebration.

This role feels like a natural extension of who I am and the work I love: connection, community, and creating spaces where people feel welcome, supported, and confident.
