This friend and mama has waited way too long to see a preview of these. It's a busy season, all. I'm grateful for her grace and understanding + encouragement to spend the time with my family.

Truly, I am so grateful to Hannah Thalacker and her family. I've been taking their family photos for years and I look forward to the trip north summer or fall annually. Her girls are so welcoming and loving, and her homestead is just so "them." This year included rabbits and the family dogs.

If you saw us out this week capturing these in Eau Claire, you also saw us laughing and having so much fun. Zak and his fam traveled two hours from Minnesota to get these taken.

I am so darn proud of this kid, and so excited for him to enter his final year of high school. He loves all the sports and trading cards and is truly just a great person! He also happens to be my nephew, so I'm a little biased.

It's been so fun!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me. Whether you booked one session or many, liked and commented on my photos and posts, or you recommended me to a friend. I APPRECIATE YOU more than you know!

Life is full of seasons, and for now, this chapter is closed. I've been praying + thinking about this decision for awhile now, and the time feels right to move on.

Photography has been an interest of mine since I was a child and I am certain I will continue to find myself behind a camera in some way, shape or form, but I also will be pivoting and shifting how my time is spent.

Enjoying being a mom to three precious ones + spending time with my husband who I still admire and adore, being outside, gardening, reading, connecting with family + friends, writing, focusing on health + wellness, and strengthening my faith are just a few of the things I'll be doing in addition to working + managing a household.

Please let me know if you need referrals. There are dozens of incredible photographers in the area. If you have a session already booked with me or we talked about booking (just haven't booked), I will absolutely still be working with you!
