Two to three more weeks, and Andy should be walking againāthis time just with his orthopedic shoes and insoles. Such amazing news. š Hoping and praying heāll get back to some sense of normalcy soonāshort hikes, fishing, camping⦠all the things weāve missed doing together. Doing them without him has honestly been the pits. This whole ordeal has been the pits. But finally, things are looking up, and his doctorās thrilled with how well his foot is healing. Thatās a win in my book. š
Iāll also be reaching out soon to those whose sessions I had to cancel while Andyās been down. Since heās my ride and my security for sessions, getting around hasnāt exactly been easyāespecially with family working and not always being available to help. Iāll start with those who were rescheduled back in August and work my way forward.
If youāre unable to take the date I offer, Iāll be providing an additional complimentary session for 2026āyour choice of a family, couple, or basic senior session. Iāll be contacting everyone in the original order you were booked (I believe there were about 34 of you).
Iām aiming for mid-November to get sessions back up and running. Because of this adjustment, I wonāt be taking on any new bookings for the remainder of the year, as my focus is on getting everyone who was canceled taken care of first.
I havenāt released my 2026 schedule yet, but Iāll be doing that once Iāve finished getting all current sessions rescheduled.
We truly appreciate everyoneās patience and understanding through all of this. Itās been tough being home so much without a creative outlet, but getting outside with the kids and enjoying nature has helped a bit.
Iāll be in touch soon! š
