When do we open you ask? Just a quick update to let people know we have some refrigeration updates to be done as well as previously booked things in May that we will not have Wednesday on Winters until most likely mid-June. Come see us at the Cork Festival at the Old Schoolhouse Winery, which is our first scheduled outing in the trailer.
