To our loyal Fresco Catering and Vermont BBQ Friday night patrons,

We wanted to let everyone know that Fresco Friday will be taking a short break until 7/10, as we prepare for an exciting summer ahead at the farmstand.

Our grand reopening will include Friday night dinners, pizza nights, and a full array of local vegetables — both fresh and canned — and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back.

During this time, Fresco Catering is still available for all catering needs, and we’d love to hear from you if you have an upcoming event or gathering.

This temporary pause is simply part of preparing for what’s ahead and does not reflect any long-term changes to our goals or vision. We truly appreciate your understanding, continued support, and loyalty.

We look forward to seeing you later this summer!
