The team has excellent communication skills - they were available to answer any and all of my questions within the same day using the project portal which worked very efficiently. Whenever I needed to get on a call to just bounce my ideas off of them or ask more detailed questions, they were willing to get on a call with me right away! Ashley decorated the room exactly the way we envisioned, and the resource room was such an incredible addition to the Ultimate Package. It covered the majority of my decor ideas! Ashley was very flexible and accommodating to all of our needs. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding - Ashley was always there to communicate with my wedding party and all the vendors so smoothly.
