Started as The Salad Man & Juice bar in May 2013 offering salads, and rice bowls alongside fresh juices and smoothies. We built a strong relationship with our customers with steady growth. In 2017 we partnered with Ocean Spray to bring the first ever Ocean Spray food truck to New England. In September of 2017 our contract with Ocean Spray ended and during that time our customers kept telling us ho

w incredible our bowls were and it just seemed to fit us. As such we rebranded our business to its true name as The Incred-A-Bowl Food Company
