Snapology of Reading and Lancaster PA Parents are excited to bring their kids to us for hands-on playful STEM learning experiences that build confidence, social skills and intellectual insight.

Kids look forward to the "fun" and love telling their families all about what they are learning. Snapology offers year-round STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) learning programs that engage children from ages 2 to 14 in hands-on activities. While children are exploring robotics, computer programing, and video game design using LEGO® bricks, K’Nex, and technology, they're building skills that will help them throughout school and their careers, but to kids, it's just fun! Our programs are offered throughout the Reading, PA community through after-school programs, summer camps, workshops, scouting events, field trips, birthday parties and custom events.

Looking for meaningful part-time work where you can make a difference for kids?

Snapology of Lancaster is hiring a Part-Time Program Assistant, and we’re looking for someone dependable, enthusiastic, and genuinely great with children.

You do not need to be a teacher or an expert in robotics or engineering. We provide the curriculum, materials, paid training, and support you need to succeed.

🔹 $14–$16/hour
🔹 Paid, hands-on training
🔹 Work with kids ages 4–14
🔹 Programs at the Snapology Discovery Center and local schools/community locations
🔹 Opportunities to build your skills and grow into a Program Facilitator role

Weekday daytime availability is important for this position, along with flexibility for some afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
