We could not be more proud!!!

Our amazing team of Event Managers headed to Austin for a fun filled week of education and team building at the annual Catersource conference.

On a whim, they decided to enter the tablescape competition and had planned to create their table design as a team. They were thrown a curveball when the competition organizers split them up and paired them with other industry professionals from around the country who had also entered the competition.

They were assigned a specific celebrity and theme.

We’re beyond proud to report that our very own ‘Master of Design and Decor’ - Manny Vazquez won first place for his team’s “Tori Spelling Celebration of Life” design

AND, that’s not all!

Our very own ‘Maestro of Events’- Timothy Ballejo took 2nd place for his teams design based on “JoJo Siwa’s LA LGBTQ+ Donor Dinner in the Park” event

We have to wonder if it’s even fair to have so much talent on our C2 team, but we sure are grateful every day that we do!!!

Our culinary team outdid themselves on another amazing client tasting yesterday!

Tray passed hors d’oeuvres of:
Ahi tuna tartare, Truffle Mushroom Bites and our fabulous chorizo tartlets

Family style meal: Fire roasted vegetables, Crispy fried smashed Yukon Gold potatoes, Mediterranean chicken, Polenta and zucchini bolognese and Braised beef short ribs.

The presentation and flavors were next level!!!
