How do I get my makeup to stay put as a professional mermaid? The secret is out! Here's an overview of what I do to keep my makeup waterproof and beautiful all day long.

A red mermaid swims by in Lake Michigan. Here's an old video of Mermaid Krimzon. This is me wearing a mermaid costume, btw!

We are not done with our surprise home renovations, but we have water now. And it feels so good to be spoiled enough to have indoor plumbing. 😶

Let's unbox and test out a new mermaid tail! 🦄 The Phantom Koi tail is the latest silicone mermaid tail in my collection so far and it is quite sparkly! This beautiful koi fish tail for my Phantom character was made by mermaid_mystery and reminds me a little bit of a unicorn with all of its magical beauty (but it also rocks a ghostly look too!)... although my sister thought it was purple camo, which is hilarious and I can't see koi fish tails the same now 😂🖤

How do you like this sparkly new tail? The hip fins need to especially be appreciated. I love how they move! 🥹

How do fish react to mermaids swimming in their water? And also... why are they obsessed with my dad!? 😂 This video talks about some of our encounters with the wildlife of various lakes and rivers. While these ARE big (and small) fish tales, they are all absolutely 100% true. 🥰

As a reminder, I am a professional mermaid performer. I work at family-friendly events around the state and create fantasy videos online. Please be kind. Performers are people too!

A mermaid makes her way out into the lake 🖤 This is another video of me dressed as my Mermaid Phantom character after a professional mermaid gig. Lake Michigan was STUNNING that day. Cold, but beautiful.
