33 years ago Lisa had a vision and a dream and that’s when Encore came to be. What began as a small storefront catering company has grown into something truly special - serving our community, celebrating life‘s biggest moments, and sharing our love for great food along the way.

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us- our amazing clients, dedicated team, family and friends. You’ve helped us build not just a business but a true family within one.
