Every journey starts somewhere, and mine started at Gauchonfire.

Thank you to the entire Gauchonfire family for giving a 13-year-old kid a chance, and a special thank you to the best chef and mentor, Gabi, for your patience, guidance, and for believing in me before I believed in myself.

Everything I learned in that kitchen helped shape the person I am today and played a huge role in building Eddie’s Event & Party Service. I’ll always be grateful. Here’s to continuing to learn, grow, and inspire. 👨‍🍳🔥
