WT Rental and Services LLC is looking to add hardworking and reliable people to our event setup crew for the upcoming season.

This is hands-on outdoor work setting up weddings and events throughout Connecticut including:
• High-end waterfront and private estate events
• Tents
• Lighting
• Tables and chairs
• Dance floors and much more

If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, building cool setups, and being part of a strong crew environment, this can be a great opportunity.

What we offer:
• Starting pay at $18+/hour with room for growth
• Lots of hours available
• Weekday, weekend, and night shifts
• Fun outdoor work environment
• Opportunity to grow with the company

Driver’s license preferred but not required.

To see this place for sale leaves many feelings. I always wished I went down to Old Saybrook more and experienced it for what it is, and yet I was able to build memories with family that will always be remembered. We started working on the property when I was in high school and it took years to rebuild and most importantly, *preserve* to what the castle is today. This was an accomplishment my father worked his whole life for and was able to provide a place not only for his family, close friends, and countless people from the area to enjoy, but was able to provide a place for my grandparents to live out their later life and final years. He has always given back to the community, especially after hurricane sandy hit the area hard in 2012. I had the privilege of assisting on my two sisters weddings, as well as giving our close friends the ability to host their weddings with my company WT Rental and Services LLC at the castle. It’s going to be hard to see this place go, but it’s time for other people to be able to experience and make new stories to tell their friends in the future as the castle lives on!

The castle at 12 Billow Road in Old Saybrook was a popular place for liquor during Prohibition. It has also been visited by celebrities like Frank Sinatra.

A moment for this beautifully understated centerpiece design, where the flowers and candles were intentionally kept low, allowing guests a completely unobstructed view of the entire tent and the ocean just beyond.
