So Sunday was our last BBQ of the season. We finished out the year at 8500 halves along with several racks of baked potatoes. We had our best year ever and would like to thank all of our organizations and customers who had us cook for you.
Above all, thank you to our loyal helpers who make us who we are.

Just a reminder, we will be cooking for The Freedom Township Fire Company tomorrow, Saturday, July 25. Dinners will be available from 11am - 2pm, or until soldout. Be sure to get yours before they are gone. There will be an antique truck show there, also, along with the Roaring Spring VFW, selling funnel cakes. No pre-orders are being taken, it is first come first serve. See ya there!

What an awesome Saturday, it was, yesterday. Started the fire around 4:45AM and set the first load of racks at 7:10AM. We ended up,at day end, with 384 halves for the Duncansville Fire Co, and a rack each of breasts and drumsticks for a graduation party. Duncansville sold out in less than an hour (I’m hearing more like 30 minutes).
Thank you to both groups for having us prepare your BBQ chicken for you, and Congratulations to Jaida Oakes on your Graduation!

Many thanks to the great group of helpers we had yesterday. Sometimes it just looks like a bunch of guys hanging around a fire, but each and everyone serves an important part. Great teamwork!

We will be BBQing for the Freedom Township Fire Company next weekend. Dinners will be available from 11AM until 2PM, or until sold out!

Don't forget, this Saturday July, 18th, we will be BBQing for The Duncansville Volunteer Fire Company. They will have dinners available at the Duncansville Community Center starting at 12PM. Their meals will include a 1/2 BBQ Chicken, Baked Beans, Mac and Cheese, and a roll for $9.00. They are taking pre-orders by calling 695-9512, or just stop in, but once they are gone, they are gone. We look forward to preparing the chicken for them and hope they sellout quick!!
