Bellevue is home to Ski Bellevue, one of only a handful of water ski show teams in Iowa and the ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ญ๐˜บ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ performing on the Mississippi River.

Not every town still has a tradition like this. And thatโ€™s what makes it so ๐ข๐ง๐œ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐›๐ฅ๐ž to see.

Watching a family prepare to welcome a new baby is always special, but this one felt ๐˜ฆ๐˜น๐˜ต๐˜ณ๐˜ข magical with the snow falling around us. She looked beautiful, and I couldnโ€™t be happier for their new little addition to their already adorable family.

Iโ€™m not just there to photograph the pretty parts of your business, Iโ€™m there to capture who you are ๐˜ฃ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฉ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ฅ ๐˜ช๐˜ต ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ญ. Did you know I have a ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜จ๐˜ถ๐˜ญ๐˜ข๐˜ณ ๐˜ซ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฃ? ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Iโ€™ve been a ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ƒ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ for almost 10 years now. While I wear a lot of hats (marketing, media, photo, video, hype girlโ€ฆ ๐˜บ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ ๐˜ฏ๐˜ข๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ช๐˜ต), Iโ€™m usually the one hiding behind the camera.

This week was a little different. Iโ€™ve been busy in front of it.

I was invited to speak with students at the Career Exploration Fest at the Jo Daviess Carroll CTE Academy about media + marketing. I also got to hop on Quad Cities Live to talk about Savanna. Just ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ people ask me to do these kinds of things, and trust me enough to teach future generations or be on live TV.

Anyway, I wonโ€™t be taking up public speaking or life in front of the camera anytime soon. See you back behind it.
