We are saddened to lose such a wonderful community leader, philanthropist and all around wonderful man. As you can imagine, Dwain was a rock that our Center was built on. It was his vision and the vision of other like minded community members that got us to where we are today. You will forever be missed and we are so grateful for your kindness and dedication.
