Just over a week to Inaiah Lujan & The Hardly Nevers with Nina de Freitas, presented by Indie 102.3’s More From The Local 303!

Inaiah Lujan is a Latinx, Colorado-born songwriter, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist known for intimate solo performances and crafting songs that echo with raw honesty, heart, and soul. A longtime fixture in the Southern Colorado music scene, Inaiah spent over a decade performing alongside their sister Chela Lujan in the beloved folk group The Haunted Windchimes, and was also one half of the now-retired vintage pop duo In/Planes.

Royal ZaiKing (zey/zem) is a multidimensional creator; and healer - curiously exploring a life inspired by play. As a child, ze loved to write songs, dance without direction and play musical instruments— especially the guitar. Royal is passionate about fusing the art and science of wellness and culture in service of personal and collective growth.

As dedicated yogi and activist - zey integrate ancient philosophy, ancestral wisdom, and modern science to help students find balance and connection in a world of constant adversity and change.

As someone who has experienced chronic pain, mental health challenges and systematic trauma- Royal teaches from lived experience, and a deep understanding of the resilience required to rise above systemic oppression and colonization.

Attention! Construction is currently underway surrounding Manos Sagrados! The parking lot behind the building is still open, but the road directly behind us, AND the sidewalk area in front of the building is under construction for the next few days.

We’ll still be open, accessible and ready for Open Mic on Thursday, August 14!

We want to thank the fam at DSDI for helping us with projector life, including finding new bulbs, mounting, and cabling them in our space.

DSDI, aka, Deep Space Drive In, is a local immersive arts, interactive design and community outreach studio in Downtown Denver, and they do some truly amazing work and collabs - including projection mapping and more.

We’re looking forward to more film screenings, workshops, retreats… what will you do at Manos?

JUST ANNOUNCED: Indie 102.3’s More From the Local 303 Presents - Inaiah Lujan & The Hardly Nevers, with a special solo set from Nina de Freitas 📸

Inaiah Lujan is a Latinx, Colorado-born songwriter, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist known for intimate solo performances and crafting songs that echo with raw honesty, heart, and soul. A longtime fixture in the Southern Colorado music scene, Inaiah spent over a decade performing alongside their sister Chela Lujan in the beloved folk group The Haunted Windchimes, and was also one half of the now-retired vintage pop duo In/Planes.

Nina de Freitas is a singer-songwriter currently based in Denver, CO. Born in Salvador, Brazil to musician parents, she embraced her artistic inheritance from an early age. Her musical upbringing is echoed throughout her intimate songwriting that drips with as much honesty as it does complexity. Her rich voice, “dark as the sea and smooth as good espresso,” (303 Magazine), luxurious melodies and evocative lyrics envelop and halt listeners in a visceral sheet of warmth while her live performances silence crowds in cities across the globe. Nina is currently working on highly anticipated new releases.
