Our philosophy hasn't changed much over our 13 years here in Boise...we will not serve anything that we won't serve to our family. We source locally first, designing menus around fresh, organic, sustainable ingredients. We charge what we need to in order to make a reasonable profit without going overboard. We search high and low for crew members who are hard working and share our love of great foo

d and wine. We support local farmers, winemakers, entertainers, athletes, musicians and we make it a point to shop at local businesses. Oh, and if we make a mistake (I know, I know, we admit it! We're not perfect) we do our best to make it right.

3Gs is seeking a few motivated, skilled, passionate culinary professionals to join the 3 Girls Catering team! As part of our crew, you will play a vital role in preparing fresh, delicious, beautiful food. This is an exciting, long term opportunity to showcase your skills & contribute to an award winning company!

-Prepare & cook a variety of dishes following established recipes & techniques
-Ensure all food is prepared & presented in accordance with 3Gs standards
-Assist with meal preparation, including (but not limited to) chopping, slicing & dicing
-Maintain a clean & organized work area, including proper storage of all food items
-Adhere to all health & safety regulations while handling food & kitchen equipment
-Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring timely delivery of high quality food
- Exhibit a healthy positive attitude

Previous experience working in a culinary or food service role preferred, with:
-Knowledge of various cooking techniques & familiarity with different types of cuisines
-Basic knife skills & the ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
-Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes & verbal directions accurately
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality & positive attitude
-Basic understanding of food safety principles & proper sanitation practices set forth by Central District Health Department
