SMASH BURGER vs. LONG SHADOW BURGER 🍔

Our High Country Smash Burger is 6 oz total—two 3 oz patties smashed thin on the griddle and layered with cheddar. That thin smash gives you more browned surface area and those crispy edges that define a smash burger.

Our Long Shadow Burger is a completely different experience. It’s one thick 8 oz patty, but the extra 2 ounces isn’t what makes it special. Unlike our Smash, the Long Shadow is made from our secret proprietary blend of different beef cuts, ground together specifically for this burger. It’s our signature house burger, thicker, juicier, and much more about the flavor and texture of that custom beef blend.

Both are made with local XDiamond beef and served on our homemade buns with house-made sauce, with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle on the side.
