We get this question a lot…what’s the difference between gymnastics and tumbling? Tumbling is where we learn our handstands, flips, cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings, etc. That’s all we focus on in tumbling. Our gymnastics class, on the other hand, includes some tumbling…but also focuses on bars, beam, leaps, turns, and more. I hope this helps clear up some confusion! 🙂 We still have a few openings for our fall classes in both tumbling and gymnastics if you are looking to join a gym family! 🥰
