A New Hampshire native raised in a close-knit Italian family, Joe’s passion for food began early and has grown through years of experience—from local kitchens to fine dining in Colorado, and eventually back home where he built his own successful culinary ventures.
At the Thompson Inn, his approach centers on seasonal ingredients, personalized menus, and elevated New England flavors rooted in tradition.
