🚨 CALERA CUSTOMERS — PLEASE READ! 🚨

Our trucks use an automated sideloader, so proper cart placement is important.

🗑️ Please have your cart at the road, facing the street, the night before or by 4:00 AM.

Please keep carts away from vehicles, mailboxes, fencing, trees, and power lines, including overhead branches.

HOUSEHOLD TRASH ONLY.

🚫 No yard or construction debris, major appliances, metal, paint, oil, tires, or lithium batteries.
📦 Please break down all boxes.
⚠️ Any cart the truck cannot safely access will be considered not out for service.

A few simple things can help keep your pickup running smoothly:

✅ Have your cart out the night before.
✅ Make sure the lid can close completely.
✅ Leave a little space between your cart and mailboxes, vehicles, or other obstacles.
✅ Keep bags securely tied.

Small steps like these help our drivers move safely and efficiently through every route.
