🏔 Nestled in the heart of Silverton, we’re bringing thoughtfully crafted seasonal dishes, cozy mountain vibes, and a dining experience to remember (almost) every weekend this winter.

As the year comes to a close, our hearts are filled with gratitude and appreciation, and our minds are filled with excitement and motivation for 2025.

We would like to thank all of our local partners, private dining clients, market customers, guests of our supper clubs and brunches, brides and grooms, and families for the tremendous support throughout 2024. Without you all taking a chance on joining us at our table, we wouldn’t be able to do the work that we are so passionate about.

Here’s to a new year, to taking our mission to the next level, deepening relationships with the land and water, furthering our local agricultural network, and to the future of cooking and working toward a better food system in the four corners region and beyond. Cheers!
