Remembering Mom's Miracle on 9/11 🌆

Today, I want to share a deeply personal story that's forever etched in my heart. On that fateful day in 2001, my incredible mom was in the South Tower of the World Trade Center when tragedy struck. She was there, right in the midst of chaos, and she barely made it out alive.

It's hard to put into words the mix of emotions I feel as I reflect on that day. The fear, the uncertainty, the sheer terror - it's all still so vivid in my mind. But above all, there's overwhelming gratitude. Gratitude for my mom's strength, resilience, and the miracle that allowed her to survive that horrific event. Her journey to safety was a testament to her determination, with her family in her thoughts every step of the way. Despite the challenges, she often questioned why she survived while others didn't. Little did she know that only four months later, her oldest daughter my sister would pass away. It's through this experience that she began to understand the purpose of her survival, finding strength in the face of adversity and cherishing every precious moment with her loved ones, she needed more time with my sister, and my Dad and I, not knowing what was to come would need her. She's a true hero in my eyes, and her story continues to inspire me every single day. 🕊️❤️
As we remember the lives lost and the heroes who emerged on 9/11, I also want to honor my mom as a survivor and a beacon of hope. 🕊️❤️

Mom, your strength and your love have shaped me into who I am today, and I'm forever grateful to God and all your precious Angels that led you safely back to us.
