Oh sweet ladies- I feel you both... I too have been feeling a lot... but yes tapping can regulate your nervous system... I will do my best to reach out to y'all seperately... but for now-
Just tap on your heart for a moment-

(Is ok to feel... but we are no longer ok with allowing ourselves to take on the world's energy)...

"I Release all energies that are not mine!... i hand then up to God/angels/higher powers, to be transmuted to light! They are not mine to take on! I choose to fully let these energies go! I choose to take my own power back. I choose to release any attachments I may hold on anything unwanted right now!"
"I give myself permission to feel grounded in this present moment. I send my energies down to the core of the Earth (She can handle it). I allow myself to feel Earth's energy come back up through my body."

(Now imagine, your root chakra as a red glowing ball of light, getting bigger & brighter... then move up to orange & same thing... then yellow & same thing... then green at your heart, bigger & brighter than ever before... then blue at your throat chakra, same thing bigger & brighter... then purple 3rd eye same... then your crown, white irridescent with rainbow shimmers huge glowing brighter)

"This is my energy I'm reclaiming & reconnecting to & with... This is my truest highest energy... This is where I choose to feel from... grounded...soverign...at peace. I know the world will keep doing it's thing... but I am NO longer available to give this energy away. This is my gift to myself, as a starlight stardust light worker in a little human vessel!
I forgive myself to forgetting this as times...& I truly love & honor myself so much, that I will take the time each day, even if just 3min... to reground into this energy & Earth & the cosmos.... so that I may move accordingly as needed, without losing myself in the process"
(Now, hug yourself... take some deep breaths in this calm peaceful soverign energy... allow yourself to feel this peace & quiet within...
Lick Himalayan Salt, Celtic Sea Salt, drink water.... pour water onto your head your face, each time you feel overwhelmed... wear a wet bandana on your head or neck....& imagine this is the river washing away all going on within your head/body)...
Do This all throughout the day... any time you feel too much.... You've got this! We've got this! & reach out to me privatrly- either of you lovely ladies, anytime!...
