I recently got this message from a bride whose wedding I photographed several years ago and it has me tearing up! Thank you to everyone who has entrusted me with such a special purpose. Emily, my heart goes out to your family during this difficult time.
"I just want to say thank you, almost 7 years later I’m am crying tears of gratitude being able to reflect on the pictures you captured for my family in 2019 for our celebration wedding. OH THE NERVES! Conor originally reached out to me to capture him proposing to his long time girlfriend, Carli, in the mountains of Telluride. We had carefully planned for him to propose at the stunning San Sophia Overlook and I would be there to discreetly capture the moment against the sweeping mountain views. But when the day finally came, excitement and nerves took over in the sweetest way possible, and Conor ended up proposing earlier than planned, over dinner before we were scheduled to meet.
