This week I was lucky to come across the amazing yellow- and orange-fleshed organic watermelons that I missed out on last year! Which means we'll have to make a watermelon salad! Here's the menu for Tuesday:

Japanese Chicken Meatloaf with Hoisin Barbecue Sauce

Japanese Potato Salad-
Russet potatoes, carrots, cucumber, rice vinegar, hard boiled eggs and kewpie mayo.

Spicy Watermelon Salad-
Daybreak, Full Moon & Midnight Black watermelon with lime juice, honey, peanuts & hot chilies (on the side!)
