warm greetings, friends☀️..really warm! 🔥☀️🥵

Through sheer focus in some busy months, and highly varied events, I've found the (off) time to reflect on a cumulative 10 years of business..

My mission starts simply.. to cook a dish perfectly when my client can't do it themselves.

That usually leads to cooking several things perfectly, like being five cousins, a crazy aunt, and a neighbor bringing their best dish to a potluck. I consult, suggest, plan, shop, prep, shine equipment, iron linens..gas up, deliver, setup, inform, and pull away well~worked (to put it softly 😉) hoping every guest enjoys the food just about every moment until I return, forever aiming to hear the word "raved" just once in that pickup conversation..

That's everything to me, and I take it that seriously.

I seek the best products at the best price EVERY day, and I will ALWAYS do this..

I will not upsell, price~gouge, shortchange, skimp, or take advantage of any client, personal or corporate, rich or poor.. my price will be a fair one every time. And as I may never be a millionaire caterer doing this, I'll be a successful one who sleeps good at night knowing the care I just put into my day.

To continue that commitment, we are offering 10% off any new booking to first~time clients through September. I hold such a personal relationship with my clients that if I don't have your contact information stored, I may not have the pleasure of knowing you yet and would love to do so!

So plan a party, order a small pan or two of your favorites for family dinner, send something to a neighbor or friend who can use a little break, get engaged, graduate, travel around the sun, get married, have a baby, get a promotion, retire, just celebrate life!
